      - Friendly coworkers. - Fun extracurricular activities. - It's possible to work remotely and spend a few months in another country. - Health benefits are good. - Opportunity to work with foreign companies. - Free English classes, at least for employees in Hispanic countries. - Awesome offices. - Salary payment is always on time. - Employees can buy stocks with a discount. - It's easy to try to change between projects even to ones that use technologies that are not of your expertise.

      Cons

      - Not many Python projects you can apply to. - It's not easy to get promoted or to get a raise.
