      Pros

      Lots of good clients, job can be interesting depending on the client you land on. Lots of freedom to work, self-management. Freedom to work from home, again depending on the project but generally with no limit. Good environment, friendly people all around

      Cons

      Hard to get a salary raise, even if you come with an offer from another company they usually won't try to match it. Normal raise is around 5% when you get a seniority recategorization Some not so cool projects you can be stuck in for a while

      Pros

      Nice work environment, flexible hours. You can learn a lot if you are able to stay motivated despite the lack of recognition for your work.

      Cons

      Salary is very low and does not keep up with Argentina's economy. Even if you work hard you will only level up if you are lucky. You can widely exceed your job expectations but they'll come up with some company rule that will make you sit and wait for a rise.
