High Salary, New and Central Office, Business Class Flights

Cons

The function management pushed many good people out and wanted to keep only their "preferred" candidates. Ultimately even a disclosure email to the Head about discrimination and harassment did not help my case so I resigned. The culture in the Compliance function is broken whereas it should lead by example.
