Work life balance is ok. They aren't usually going to make you work weekends. If you have kids, you pretty much have a free pass.

Cons

It's not a fun place to work. Everyone is pretty much looking forward to the weekend. Most common dialogue in the office is "How was your weekend" "Too short". Everyone chuckles even after the 10 thousandth time.

Cons

Working with insufficient people due to constant budget cutting over the pay few years creates a lot of frustration and delay for employees.
