Pros

- excellent pay (especially given the work/life balance) - no bureaucracy (flat structure) - encourages entrepreneurial thinking - good work/life balance, 10-12 hour days are probably standard - most people have a great sense of humour

Cons

- high turnover of staff (more people have left now because of the culture, many still get "let go" though) - NO investment in the young - no management structure - money comes before the people - poor IT systems - a lot of gossip
