Great exposure from a flat organisational structure. As a recent graduate you will be expected to take on big responsibilities from day 1. Good pay and, if you make the cut, excellent potential pay.

Cons

Unclear career development prospects (unless you're becoming a trader of course) and risk management / trading is at times very repetitive.
