The best CMMS system, excellent IT support, and I have had the opportunity to work with some great people during my time with the company.

There is a lack of direction and poor leadership; the company has a bad understanding of basic asset management and maintenance management practices. The company has allocated its staffing resources poorly, which has led to some groups being overworked and some having nothing to do. A large amount of multitasking and split responsibilities will be expected of you.
