Very good salary and talented teamates (real geeks in a good way).. Software engineers are trusted by the head of development as technical experts which is very motivating. One of the best manager I had the chance to work with. Multiple projects and the chance to meet traders. Nice HR follow up with very kind people there. So unfortunate that I had to leave due to personal reasons.

Cons

Swiss germans are sometimes homebody which make social life a little bit harder.
