Large company with rigorous processes and commitment to excellence.

Cons

Only interested in shareholder returns, not employee development. Virtually zero career path. Management views operational sites as simply cogs in the wheel and do not respect their views. Most of the senior managers own the company and this leads to highly self-interested decision-making.
