Pros

There was always a new challenge, a new horizon, nothing stayed the same. It means this is a good company for someone who can think on their feet.

Cons

Working with traders can be challenging. With the best will in the world, they act like children: they want something and they want it now. Telling the that you will schedule it for next sprint+1 will get you a blank look: tell them it will be done in two weeks and they will shout and stamp their feet! It can mean you have to drop somethings part done, work for your trader, and then go back again. Scheduling can be a nightmare, and IT bosses don't understand.
