Absolute worst experience of my professional life, where the culture is more toxic than the lead extracted from the ground. From senior mine management down - the toxic work environment and lack of support is disgraceful. Management changed roster with less than 2 weeks notice. Senior management are incompetent, lie to staff and bullying is rife. Extremely high staff turn over.
