Pros

The company provides competitive culture with an intriguing and diverse work portfolio. There are opportunities for internal transfer as well

Cons

From a tax team perspective, there is increasingly high turnover for such a small team. Regularly ask brand new staff to perform tasks that are beyond the scope and experience level of the role. All the while they do not have time (nor would they prefer to take the time) to adequately train or on board new hires. Sink or swim, and many new hires sink within 2 years
