Pros

Above average bonus and salary

Cons

Total chaos - leading to reactive decision making and failure most of the time. Employees are kept in the dark. They learn what's going on with the company through the news, with the rest of the world. Least flexible working conditions I've come across in the industry. Lots of stress, not much acknowledgement.
