Great company to learn and develop. Very interesting transactions, one of the best energy and commodity traders. Fast-paced, teaches you how to be efficient under pressure and tight deadlines.

Cons

London Credit manager and senior staff need to be replaced ASAP. Unprofessional behaviours, too much micro and mental health issues. Shame because Glencore is a great company otherwise.
