Run by an incredible manager who’s been in the business for decades and is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but very personable. It was such enjoyable to work because of him.

Cons

Tough to move up within the company due to each regional office being pushed into a silo with the decision making process handled completely out of Switzerland. Each regional office felt as if it was a P.O. Box.
