- The people and the mid level people leaders really are phenomenal so it is super hard to match the culture of this amazing org in GTM

Cons

- Senior Leadership: too many to name but the fact some of them still have a job when they wiped out most of GTM is embarrassing.

Really smart, talented team of coworkers with a powerful mission to help jobseekers find the right employment.

Cons

Chronic under investment in data engineering and data platform after a few rounds of layoffs make the day to day grind more difficult. Heavy investment in AI to compensate for the lost workforce in the short term is a tough bet, but long term I imagine it will improve.
