Pros

The office and R&D centres are pretty fancy and nice. Peers and managers were nice and logical. Decent IT system but pretty complicated.

Cons

You can smell a mixture of fragrance from the manufacturing area all the time so if you are sensitive person, you can not stand. It might not be very good for your health(skin, breathing system....) too. I was all fine though

Good company culture, overall very nice colleagues, good benefits and salary. Great work life balance

Cons

Each department is working as an independent company so if you get the wrong manager nothing can change. Career change in the company depends too much on your current manager than on your expertise and knowledge.
