- Some great colleagues: smart, dedicated and knowledgeable - The client roster spans the world's largest food and beverage brands - Generous vacation and additional leave policy

Cons

- Toxic behaviour by some senior managers is tolerated and encouraged because they cosy up to management and have inappropriate personal relationships with them - A 'science first' mentality means that marketing and communications will always play second fiddle - Unfair policies. For example, more junior colleagues in a commercial or scientific capacity were allowed to travel Business Class long distances, while more senior marketing colleagues had to travel Economy Class as 'marketing is less important' (yes, this was actually said!) - Top management is clueless and visionless, mired in the past, barely able to understand the complexities of the market today - Not a diverse place with no sense of how to build and encourage diversity, be it racial or LGBTQ
