      Pros

      great benefits, really good community feeling. There was always support if I had questions about my job. Really good food at the cafeteria onsite.

      Cons

      not a lot.. the only thing I can think of is that we couldn't wear jeans.

      Save little money but ignore big money wastage

      Good benefit, great flexibility, seldom you get such benefit in compare to other local food industries player

      Cons

      Top management is squeezing the employee to work extra hours but refusing to provide manpower with thousand of excuses (no volume, not the right time, process not optimize) when ignore the fact that the staff is working long hours. Person doing recruitment for operation basically clueless as they are sitting comfortably at HQ and don’t understand the need and situation at operating site. Having hard time to get approval (multi layer approval) to hire a shop floor staff when company can spend moneys to fly in raw materials.
