Toxic work environment Gaslighting managers Favoritism Terrible leadership in the Regulatory department. No accountability for leadership and managers. No room for growth internally. Leadership will tell you what a great job you do when they need to overwork you. You will never be promoted snd are disposable at the first sign of giving any input. TOXIC Save your mental health’

No pro's to speak of. It used to be remote flexibility 2-3 days a week. Now you have to be on site for 4 days a week.

Cons

Disorganized, machines constantly breaking down, not investing in the right programs Terrible customer service Very long hours, short resourced, keep adding more unnecessary tasks without taking anything away
