      great people everyone is friendly health benefits are awesome

      Cons

      low pay. most employers there had a second job or had to work a lot of overtime absolutely not opportunities to advance in career. have to be there at least 10 years to see a promotion

      Employee benefits are great— they cover parents, spouses, and children.

      Cons

      The company is too rigid. It aims to simplify yet has too many layers in its processes, even for simple things, such that the employees can't do their jobs well or feel like they can make their own decisions without scrutiny. HQ seemed disconnected from regional markets or just did not understand the regions very well.
