Pros
Rich industry, great tech, used to be probably the most people-oriented company in the sector (some good managers are still around). Good work-life ballance.
Cons
There are too many internal conflicts and backstabbing due to individual greediness, a poor decision-making culture from senior management, and power retention. Some managerial abusive behaviours can also be seen, but they won't be addressed as they should. Unfortunately, the once excellent people-focused environment with exemplary leadership is no longer present.
