      Givaudan is the leader in the Flavours and Fragrances industry. It is a great company to work for and the people are proud of Givaudan and what they achieve. The culture represents a good balance between people orientation, environment and achieving business objectives.

      It is a relatively small company with a global presence. In many functions there is room for improvement through better alignment and streamlining of processes.

      stable company with a lot of projects and interresting challenges. Good social and salary compensation, opportunity for self development.

      2 divisions clearly defined with sometimes a lack of harmonization on processes. Changes can be sometimes difficult to implement.
