Thanks for your review. Givaudan is committed to providing a working environment that is based on mutual respect among employees and is free from harassment. We have set Principles of Conduct to which every employee is expected to adhere (https://www.givaudan.com/our-company/corporate-governance/principles-of-conduct). While our culture of integrity and open communication enables employees to address any concerns directly to their line manager, we have made a Compliance Helpline available to provide a ‘last resort’ for those cases in which an employee does not feel able to speak out. If you are currently employed at Givaudan, we suggest that you get in touch with your local HR representative or use our Compliance Helpline to discuss your concerns.

Pros

Industry leading resources with great benefits and competitive wages based on a legacy of culture from Tastemaker , Fries & Fries, Givaudan-Roure with continued ambition to outgrow the market.
