Benefits were outstanding in this economy. There was nothing they did not provide or have access to. HR was very helpful in providing guidance.

Cons

There were minimal job openings for someone wanting to be promoted within the company unless a person left the company.

Very dynamic company. Good pay. Great benefits. There is opportunity to move up within the company if you want to put in the time to do so.

Cons

There is an opportunity to provide better training for production operators all the way up to management. Sometimes it takes the company a while to fulfill inititives .
