Pros

- occasional team activities (Christmas party, family day) - valuable and knowledgeable people here and there whom you can learn a lot from - good equipment and high-tech environment - multinational company - good health and safety measures

Cons

- (local) management is stuck in fearing for their positions, seriously dismissing recognition of talent and often discouraging promotions of smart and valuable people - creativity is looked down on in daily work - no means of improving connections with foreign employees - any communication between departments during shifts are discouraged if not entirely related to current task - highly monotonous work under huge pressure - working shifts and weekends are exhausting and there are no extra vacation days for compensation - very limited or no training opportunities - professional and promotional decisions are regularly affected by personal relations instead of recognition of hard work and dedication

Very good benefits and compensation. Very positive improvements in recent years. Great people to work with in Carthage. Come see for yourself!

Cons

Fast paced - if that can be a con. It isn't for everyone but it you are smart and have a good work ethic goods things can and will happen.

- Good and caring people - Additional benefits apart from salary - Work life balance - Good quality of work for technical and functional employees - No vendor or service partner to support systems or to do projects, only in house IT team members involve giving them ample opportunities to learn new things.

- Higher lead times for projects
