Good company, solid results, process and systems, but a lot of politics

Leadership position in F&F industry, openness to discussions, challenging environment, solid results, good processes and systems in place, nice people in general.

Cons

Too much politics to get things done, focus on relationships instead of performance, senior management has been in the company for way too long.
