Thank you for the review. To guide personal development and performance we have a well-established people development process in place, for example focusing on career planning conversations based on mid and long-term development. In terms of career advancement, we put a lot of effort into making career opportunities visible to our employees and helping people find new opportunities within the company. When hiring, we always look at internal candidates, promoting from within whenever possible.

Pros

Givaudan is a global company so it’s great to work with talents abroad

Cons

Management is horrible. Bad culture. Very negative environment. Unhappy employees at Tulisa Park, Johannesburg office. Too much favoritism. Fear of speaking up. Fear of victimization. managers that don’t care about you. Each for their own. No team dynamic. Don’t recommend working here unless senior management changes
