      Not worth the harassment

      Pros

      Higher management from outside of Budapest office is amazing. They come to make presentations on the business and those are fantastic to listen to. The office is quite nice except if you end up sitting in the corridor where people pass over you all the time. Unfortunately it got quite crowded due to the amount of new people. Givaudan also organized some great events in the past.

      Cons

      The company has a lot of issues with harassment and HR does not do anything about those cases. Higher management allows themselves horrible sexual harassment comments. Managers are allowed to shout, harass employees with mean messages and emails, and read their private emails and messages without any consequences. HR closes their eyes on these issues, even though reported. The cafeteria package has not been updated in ages and they do not offer any private clinic coverage like many multinational companies in Budapest. The home office once a week is taken too seriously and there is no possibility to take more. The turnover is extremely high even within management and that says a lot.
