      A respectable multinational company whom offers top class products and great learning exposure

      Pros

      Leading flavor house in the world - others look up to you Great learning exposure. You get to handle larger corporate clients and big projects Great products with leading technology. Strong emphasis on R&D Good job security as company is financially very strong Strong emphasis on training for employee development

      Cons

      A lot of decisions are top down. Senior management basically don't accept diversity in opinions Senior management tends to prefer employees who talks better and are good in their presentation skills. Often promotion is not by merit and depends how "visible" are you in front of senior management staff Employee benefits have worsen as the years went by Too much emphasise on measurement of KPIs that it resulted to large number of staff focusing on how to make their KPI results looks better (letting KPIs manage us than we managing the KPIs)

      Favortism, work/ life balance only presented to those individuals in management roles, favors such as weight loss reimbursement covered for favored individuals. Joke!

      Fast Paced Passionate Environment

      Pros

      Passionate environment, fast paced, you are constantly challenged for new ideas, a lot of development opportunities offered through different training.

      Cons

      Because of different global locations in many time zones and need to constantly collaborate, sometimes it's hard to disconnect from work.
