Pros

Good stability, little ups and down. Year after year, you will just receive roughly the same bonus and increment. Average medical benefits. on $5 co-payment basis with no upper cap Good annual leave system.

Cons

Lack of human resources in certain department. Little progression opportunity. Challenging environment as you will need to deal with aging facility with little management commitment for upgrading. Expected to work a little OT everyday as amount of workload is unable to finish in a normal 8 hours period.
