Pros

-Has very good impression & mature -The management concepts could engage passion -Good workplace to communicate with people in this world -People are great with positive passions -Good benefits

Cons

-Many beautiful concepts share to the employee about the opportunity to grow in the company, but in fact, it just a dream, means only dream. In the end, almost no opportunity to grow. Hard to growth for operators, technicians, or any on low position. -The company always looking for a new-hired employee for a higher position, not try to promoting or training the employee from the lower position to be ready as expected by management. -People on low position would not be prepared for a higher position. -Offered to be redirected to a job which matches to our passion, but in fact, no such a thing. The company will keep looking for a new "ready to use" employee from the outside. So, the opportunity will be fulfiled by the new-hired employee. -Not recommended for career growth. But might be recommended for a career transition or intermediate before moving to other company. Otherwise, might be stuck on the same job function for a lifetime.
