- Good and caring people - Additional benefits apart from salary - Work life balance - Good quality of work for technical and functional employees - No vendor or service partner to support systems or to do projects, only in house IT team members involve giving them ample opportunities to learn new things.

none whatsoever, you face exposure to toxic chemicals and toxic management there

Cons

despotic evil uncaring management that will work you to death 24x7 for unfair pay while they reap huge pensions, benefits, 401k and paid vacations
