Great Work\Life balance. good compensation. Room for some promotion

Cons

Unless you are French, German or Swiss there is a glass ceiling. Good starting compensation but after that very slow improvement unless you take a new position.

A real interest in employee wellbeing and engagement, lots of social and charitable events, competitive pay and great benefits, good learning opportunities and career development. A progressive, innovative global organisation.

Cons

Some initiatives start with a fanfare (SCE) however the continuation actions are then sometimes lacking and focus dissipates
