Management plays favorites. Bully employees allowed to continue their behavior due to their friendship with management.

Good pay, flexibility and overall great company and future outlook.

Cons

This could be an amazing company to work for however management (team leaders) play favorites and are unable to be unbiased with employees that are also their friends. Aggressive and territorial coworkers make for a toxic work environment. These coworkers are able to lie and manipulate without consequence because of their relationship with their group leader. Going to HR is not an option because management will not admit what is going on and typically HR will side with management as group leaders or managers will find ways to blame the bullied employee.

The company is highly focused , result oriented with excellent policies and systems in place. It is a very International and within a few months I felt like I am a part of a Big and Happy Family.
