Pros

~Most enjoyable part of the job is being around good people

Cons

~Typical day at work consists of mostly fire fighting and/or reacting ~Don't learn anything new, except for how management should NOT run a manufacturing operation ~Workplace culture is really negative and morale is LOW (Pre-COVID even). Employees that are mostly frustrated due to out of touch management ~Hardest part of the job is watching incompetence run rampant at certain key positions, accountability is non-existent for most critical operational positions, and watching good employees leave as soon as they have a chance and/or see what's really going on around them

Pros

there is good pay and benefits

Cons

instead of streamlining, the company continues to add layers and complicate processes. also, if you are someone they realy, it doesn't matter how badly you do, you will get promoted. No matter how well you do, if you aren't liked, you will be dumped on with tons of extra work, and never be promoted. You will be stuck right where you are, no matter you apply for. 16 hour days just to get the work done and nobody listening when you tell them you have too much work.

Pros

You get your salary on time. Annual leave more then average (but you can’t really use it, as the manager will rarely approve).

Cons

No clear vision and job assignment. Manager will change your task or work anytime as they like. Manager are practising favouritism, only see the work done by those people that they like, if they don’t like you, no matter how hard working or how good you are, they won’t appreciate it. No flexibility. Micro management. Not allow to talk cross department.
