Nothing much to say except that they offer you a good package but after that no growth

Cons

People in sales are leaving and they are not even asked to stay back. The new juniors hired are given excessive personal training by the Business head and older employees are not even cared for. Why would anyone want to continue working. Comments passed on female employees on their attire. Some are even told to do weight loss. POSH should be applicable on these comments.

Its a global MNC but thats the only pro

Culture is a big let down for this global MNC. Its all about appeasing the leadership team. There is a lot of micromanagement on every aspect. Unnecessary unfortunate comments by senior leaders. Big no no in case you are thinking of joining.
