Started as a Sensory Analyst and worked my way to Application Scientist quickly, they are good about hiring within the company and my boss was happy for me.

Cons

It took much longer than promised to go from a temp to a full time hire which gave me less vacation days, it also takes them a long time to give you access to programs needed to complete your work and they spelled my name wrong for my email and credentials.
