      Pros

      Flexible Schedule Mostly good, hardworking people on the production floor. Hourly employees paid low and overworked due to poor management.

      Cons

      Poor planning; parts built ahead of orders and when an order came in for other parts the overbuild had to be disassembled to make the urgent order. No FIFO. Drawings lacked detail and proper definition making it difficult to hold material suppliers responsible for some issues.

      Its nice company. Employee safety standards are very high good for employee. Working culture is like USA.
