Tries to keep up to date with technology. Good salary and benefits. Best eye care benefits that I've come across. Stock does very well.

Cons

The core to their POS system is written in VB 6. They tired their POS system to antiquated hardware. The manager that I had was great until he was under pressure, then he became a tyrant.
