      -They promote based on connections which results in problems -Find someone to blame, true or false -Management clueless about reality -Constantly hitting with low PE -Low salaries, minuscule raises -You will be frustrated so run

      Pros

      None. Best to avoid. Very poor ethics. A specific example, until mid of 2020, the company was paying fair compensation for retrenchment ( 15 days for every year of service) . However, from end 2022 it stopped paying and suddenly for people with 25 + years were just paid peanuts.. Another example, it made number of onroll employees to move to off role, against the labour law. There are number of court cases , from customers also.

      average age of the company is comparatively old. too chill as a company. get to learn comparatively less and no proper guidance for future growth people are serving this company like forever, so young people have less opportunities for promotion the company's performance had gone down in 2019-2020! that affected employees very very process oriented company!
