      Good salary when hired only from outside Comfortable place to work for manager post Leave policy is good ,timings are flexible

      Cons

      Nothing to learn Hr team is not active Process process process, nothing to grow technically point of view only thing to learn is Process (unnecessary meetings)

      Cons

      1. HR policies are not so good and keep changing after few days. 2. Top management are not looking to grab the other opportunities. 3. QA team is not handled properly. 4. Top managers are not technically sound to guide the team. But as a multi techno -functional organisation, Team expects a manager who can guide them technically. 5. Canteen is not good. 6. No new technologies.
