Pros

Since most of employees are university students, the company try to be flexible with their needs and during the course of the month depending on the parcel volume of Amazon Delivery Center they may get 1 to 3 days on-call days, which means the employee just stays at home and get paid, but in case the employer call them, they must be ready to go to work.

Cons

Sometimes there are discriminations among employees. Some people get a lot of on call days while the others have to go to work everyday. I addition there are mistakes in payslips and you may get less that what you deserve. Solving these mistakes takes month.
