Pros

Friendly team, Huge support - don't be afraid to ask their goal is to develop you. Good commission structure. You can utilise all the main job boards giving a wide variety to your sourcing. You actually work your contracted hours aswell. You are not expected to devote your life to the office.

Cons

Other than commission there is no other incentive. The company is Italian owned and from higher ground they don't authorise team drinks or other incentives you see with the majority of other recruitment companies. You get a Christmas meal but it is not worth talking about.
