I wasn’t at the company long enough to know the pros - temporary you don’t get your bonus for 6 month and permanent you have to earn 6000 for the company a month to see your commission

Cons

The working hours are not great for a work home balance- 8 - 5.30pm Leaving the house at 7.20 (they expect you in 10 minutes early) getting home at just past 6pm Not great

Everything. Please do not join this organization. You will regret. They cut ur salary if some data does not match. no business planning. worst management who are not interested in business. cheating and big frauds. too many promises and none fulfilled. people who do not understand business are running the business.
