Georgia Tech is a great place to work with really good people. The community likes the police department.

Cons

The department does not care about morale or about employees (at least at the chief level). If an employee voices a concern the chief is quick to say if you aren't happy find something else because I have a lot of people wanting to work here. A lot of decisions are made with a knee-jerk mentality and typically overreact to an issue.
