Cons

Doesn't really help as resume fodder for a technical person Much of the management culture is simply out of touch with Tech culture

Pros

You can take Georgia Tech classes for free and establish a relationship with professors if you plan on going to grad school.

Cons

The pay is terrible. You can be a lab tech making $11 per hour. Also you are usually working for un tenured professors who typically treat their students poorly.
