Nice, new facilities; many top-rate professors to work with; relatively easy to get and maintain funding as a grad student; many courses to pick from.

Cons

It is easy to get lost (in a research sense) in such a huge place. The College of Community administration puts on various events to create a sense of grad student community, but it is not as strong as some other institutes.
