Pros

Benefits and environment are fantastic. Great healthcare benefits and other perks. Holiday schedule is also pretty nice. Paid week off at Christmas.

Cons

Once you're in, you're pretty much locked into your salary. There are no raises, no additional compensation for extra work. They only seem to value those (monetarily) who come in from outside the Institute. I'd stay here for my career if only they could pay me market value.

Cons

Toxic working environment. Biased towards staff who are former alumni. College of Sciences is a hot mess-- would not recommend.
