Pros
As with any job, this will depend on your department and direct manager but my experience with GA has been been excellent. Great benefits, decent pay, flexibility, onsite gym, pool etc. I went through a divorce and my boss was very understanding. I missed a fair share of days due to court appearances etc, but was able to make up the time and still maintain solid reviews and pay raises.
Cons
I don't have too many cons to list, other than the general frustrations one might experience at any job. Putting up with the lazy jerk, or two, I guess but those are the exceptions. Most coworkers are helpful, honest and knowledgeable.
